Creta has been tagged as 'The Prefect SUV' by Hyundai. It comes with a choice of 3 refined powerful engines, 2 diesels and 1 petrol, and a segment first six-speed auto gearbox along with the conventional 6-speed manual. It is available in 6 trims, namely E, S, S+, SX, SX+ and SX (0) with prices starting from Rs. 8.92 Lakh and going up to Rs. 14.00 Lakh for the top trim. 1.4L diesel engine offers a mileage of 21.38 kmpl while that of 1.6L diesel is 19.67 kmpl and the petrol version returns 15.29 kmpl. Creta comes with a 3-year unlimited kilometre warranty.

With Hyundai incorporating Advanced High Strength Steel (AHSS) and Ultra High Strength Steel (UHSS) into its HIVE Structure Design, the Creta is borne out of a strong structural build with a light body for improved endurance, higher mileage and better passenger protection. Based on Hyundai's Fluidic Sculpture 2.0 design language, its stylish and aesthetic exterior design makes a powerful statement with voluminous bumper and commanding road presence.

The interiors have an ergonomic design layout which enhance comfort in every way. Creta has enough space to seat 5 in relative comfort. All variants are equipped with ABS enabled brakes and though the lower trims miss out on airbags, the top spec SX (O) variant is loaded with safety features including 6 airbags, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), and Vehicle Stability Management Control (VSM). The top trims of Creta are reliably safe and comfortable to drive.

Creta is 4270mm long, 1780mm wide, and 1630mm tall with a ground clearance of 190mm. It has smooth creased hood lines and an imposing unique and bold three slant radiator grill finished in chrome. The projector headlights with LED lamps add glamour to the front end while the fog lamps have a unique vertical layout. Its silver touched front and rear skid plates, the roof rails and black cladding all around add a sense of ruggedness to the SUVs look.

Hyundai Creta possess a strong main character line across sides, starting from just before A-pillar and moving all the way up to the bulged out rear lamps. Its wing mirrors are aerodynamically designed with integrated LED lamps. Upper variants additionally get chrome finished outer door handles, giving it a premium feel. Roof has a ribbed and sloping design to enhance structural rigidity and achieve a drag co-efficient to 0.36.

The High tech and progressive rear design houses a Sleek and premium Split-type tail lamp which provides excellent visibility to avoid rear end collisions. Chrome strip above the rear number plate and its shark fin antenna give a sense of unique design to Hyundai Creta. While the wheel arches have semi-circular curves, its integrated spoilers along with front and rear mud flaps improve aerodynamics.
