Datsun Go and Go+ Remix Edition launched at Rs 4.21 Lakh

Datsun India has launched the Remix Edition of its GO and GO Plus cars at Rs 4.21 Lakh and Rs 4.99 Lakh respectively (ex-showroom, Delhi). Changes are restricted to cosmetic upgrades, while mechanically it continues to be powered by existing engine choices.

Datsun Go Remix is accessible in exclusive onyx black colour with orange decals, whereas the Go+ Remix is offered in a dual-tone storm white colour styled with orange and black decals. Both the vehicles are likewise accessible in storm white and dual-tone silver colours. The vehicle gets nine new features which incorporate hands-free Bluetooth audio, remote keyless entry, stylish seat cover, all black front grill, stylish black wheel covers, piano-black interiors, rear sporty spoiler, stylish chrome exhaust finisher and chrome bumper bezel.

The standard feature list in both the cars incorporates follow-me-home headlamps, speed sensitive electric power steering, powerful air conditioning, front power windows, auxiliary-in and USB charger ports, and central locking. On the outside, the Remix Edition models gets different new finishes, like a black and orange dual-tone combo and a monotone Storm White for the hatchback and white, black and orange and a dual-tone silver for the MPV. Besides the colours, the special-edition models also get a new rear spoiler, black wheel covers, a black grille, chrome-finished exhaust tips and chrome bezels on the bumper.

The limited Remix Edition GO and GO+ do not perceive any mechanical changes. Both the GO and GO+ are powered by the same 1.2-litre petrol engine, which pumps out a max power of 68PS and peak torque of 104Nm. Linked to 5-speed manual transmission, both the cars return a claimed mileage of 20.1kmpl. The Go rivals the likes of the Maruti Alto K10 and Hyundai Eon, and higher-spec versions of the Renault Kwid and its sibling, the Datsun RediGO.
