Honda City facelift to launch in India

Honda to launch the new facelift avatar of City in January 2017

Japanese car manufacturer Honda is all set to launch Facelift of its most selling sedan, The Honda city in January 2017. 

The forth generation was launched in the mid of january 2014, after that this facelift avatar will be the fifth generation of city in India.

In terms of features, it is offering sunroof, leather upholstery, and optional all-black cabin. Bolder front grille, new front and rear Bumper, projector headlights, led daytime running lights (drls), new boot lid, automatic climate control, front and rear ac vents, eight speakers, cd/aux-in/bluetooth compatibility, rear parking sensors with camera, five-inch lcd display and rear power outlets.

Mechanically, Honda City will remain the same and will be powered by 1.5 litre i-VTEC petrol and 1.5 litre i-DTEC diesel. Petrol engine is comming mated with a six-speed manual transmission, while the automatic option will continue to be the existing CVT. On the other hand, Diesel will continue to offer six-speed manual transmission.
