Hyundai Rolls Out Customer Care Package at Mega Service Camp

South Korean carmaker Hyundai carried a customer-driven activity across the country, known as the Mega before Service Camp. It was attended by 17,791 customers more than 616 areas.

The type of venues included shopping centers, residential societies, parking garages and petrol pumps. While car investigations for repairs or inspections were done, customers were likewise given scratch cards with benefits on labour cost and services, free car wash etc. Customers could likewise test drive the most recent Hyundai cars on display at the venue like Verna and more.

The package offers different advantages and services including 3 years/1,00,000km complete car maintenance and extended warranty & RSA (road-side assistance) till the third year. Also, Hyundai figures that customers can secure themselves from inflation and get minimum 50 per cent savings on services. They can also expect better resale value of their car.
