German automaker Volkswagen asked all Indian dealers to stop delivery of its premium hatchback Polo including Petrol and Diesel variants until further notice. The move came due to a technical issue, due to the much talked about emission issues. Volkswagen had already sold 13,827 units in the domestic market between April and August this year. Volkswagen recently recalled 389 Polo cars from a single batch of production from the month of September 2015 for inspection and preventive repair of the handbrake mechanism.
