Skoda has unveiled most powerful spec version of the Octavia, the Octavia RS 245. It is powered by a 2.0-litre TSI engine that develops 245PS of power and 370Nm of torque. Skoda RS 245 will be petrol-powered only. However, there will be an option to choose between a six-speed manual transmission or a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic.

This powerful sedan is based on a facelift version of the Octavia. It gets 19-inch gloss-black alloy wheels as standard and comes with adaptive Dynamic Chassis Control (DCC).

From exterior, the sedan comes with new fascia with a wider chrome grille, honeycomb grille, and a split LED headlamps. The wing mirrors and tailpipes on the Octavia RS 245 will get a black treatment.

Skoda India is expected to bring the Octavia RS in mid-2018.
