British luxury carmaker Rolls-Royce has launched the long awaited uber-luxury, Dawn convertible in India at a price of Rs 6.25 crore (ex-showroom). The Rolls-Royce Dawn is luxury 2+2 seater soft top convertible that shares its underpinnings with the Wraith coupe but is claimed to be an entirely different car with its own unique styling, feature and rigid structure.

The dawn is the fourth Rolls-Royce model to enter Indian car market after the Phantom, Ghost, and Wraith. Rolls-Royce Dawn is powered by a massive 6.6-litre V12 engine that develops 570hp of power and 780 Nm of torque, paired to a ZF eight-speed automatic gearbox.

The company claims that it can achieve 0 to 100kmph in less than five seconds and has a top speed of 250kmph which is electronically limited.
