German Luxury automaker Porsche started 2016 with the launch of new diesel Edition of its sports car Panamera at a price of Rs 1.04 Crore (ex-showroom, Mumbai). The new diesel variant, Gran Terismo will be placed at the base trim level, its upper trim shall now include Base and 250 PS.

The new Edition Gran Terismo includes 19-inch alloy wheels, bi-xenon head-lamps outside as standard. Inside, dual-tone part-leather upholstery in Black-Luxor Beige, Sport Design steering wheel, door sill guards with “Edition” lettering, Porsche Communication Management (PCM) system with a seven-inch touchscreen monitor with Bose Surround Sound System will be offered as standard. The additional features include Adaptive Air Suspension with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), Park Assist (front and rear) including a rear camera and electric sunroof with slide and tilt function.

The power line of new diesel variant Gran Terismo, include 3.0 L V6 turbo diesel engine which is mated with 8 speed automatic transmission. It is capable of producing power of 250 hp and peak torque of 550 Nm. The sports car can hit 0-100 km in 6.62 seconds.
