Porsche has launched a 2.0-litre petrol engine variant, the Macan in India at Rs 76.16 lakh. The Dealers have begun taking bookings for the Macan 2.0 petrol at a set amount of Rs 10 lakh and Porsche will start delivering the Macan SUV later this year.

The SUV is loaded with a host of features like -  seats with electric eight-way adjustment on the driver's side, Alcantara middle seat panels, Porsche’s latest generation communication management system, a lane-departure warning system etc.

The Macan is powered by a 2000 cc petrol engine which develops 252hp of power at 5,000-6,000rpm and 370Nm of torque at 1,600-4,500rpm. Engine is mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission with power transmitted to all four wheels.

Porsche claims a 0-100kmph in just 6.7 seconds and a top speed of 229kmph.
