Skoda India is expected to launch its next-gen Superb in India on February 23, 2016. The new Superb will feature latest design language based on MQB platform.Price is estimated to be around Rs 25-30 Lakh.
 

The new Superb is  now bigger with 47 mm in width and 28 mm in overall length and more luxurious than its predecessor.  It is 75kg lighter and wheelbase has grown upto 80mm. Base varinats will get standrad features while top varinats will get extra features such as a full-leather interior, Skoda’s SmartLink touchscreen system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a 10-speaker Canton audio system.
 

The Superb is offered with 2.0 L diesel engine producing 160bhp as power as standard and 1.8 L petrol engine producing 178bhp. Both engines are mated to dual-clutch automatic transmissions. Petrol engine as a option will be availabe on top variant while base variant will get only diesel engine.
