Audi cars have been starring in different Marvel movies and have been playing side-kick to most Marvel heroes. Marvel film Spider-Man: Homecoming will be screened around the world in July, however before that the film premiere will take place in Los Angeles on 28th June, starring the new A8 L alongside Peter Parker.

Tom Halland plays the lead role of 'Peter Parker' who is driven just about in a scene by 'Happy Hogan' played by Jon Favreau in Audi's flagship A8 L. The scene features the sedan's front end and side. 

Also, the new A8's innovative driving features have been showcased. The scene goes on with 'Happy' taking his hands off the steering wheel and the car turns on its own. Audi A8 takes over when the Audi AI traffic jam pilot is turned on.

There are two additional Audi cars making guest appearances in the film - 'Tony Stark' played by Robert Downey Jr drives an Audi R8 V10 Spyder and Peter Parker has an Audi TTS Roadster. The latest A8 will be officially showcased for the public on 11th July at the Audi Summit in Barcelona, Spain.

Audi cars have been a central part of Marvel movies. In 2008 the first Iron-Man movie showcased the Audi R8 Coupe and the sequel to that movie also featured the sequel of the car, the Audi R8 V10 Spyder. One of the recent Marvel movie, Avengers: Age of Ultron featured a range of Audi cars such as the A3 Cabriolet, A4, A7, R8 V10 Plus and the Audi SQ7.
