Mercedes-Benz has launched the 'Night Edition' of its two most affordable offering cars in India – the A-Class and the B-Class.

Mechanically, both cars get the same engine with 1.6-litre petrol which makes 122PS of power and 200Nm of torque and a 2.0-litre diesel that develops 136PS of power and 300Nm of torque. Transmission duties are carried out by seven-speed '7GTRONIC' unit. They also come in four driving modes namely – Comfort, Eco, Sport and Individual.

Exteriors, both cars offer a blacked-out mirror covers, black hub caps and the signature diamond grille with black painted. Both cars also feature new 17-inch five-spoke alloys and a dual-pipe set-up for the exhaust that gets chrome tips as well. The interiors remains the same such as the 'ARTICO' artificial leather, electric seats, and an eight-inch display for the infotainment (with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay).
