Mercedes-Benz has launched the AMG SLC 43 in India at a price of Rs 77.5 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). The SLC 43 is powered by the 5.5-litre naturally aspirated V8 engine. It develops 367hp of power and 520Nm of torque and comes paired to the company’s new nine-speed automatic gearbox. Mercedes claims a 0-100kmph in just 4.7 seconds with electronically restricted top speed of up to 250kmph.

The AMG SLC 43 gets a fresh front fascia with a new bumper and large air intakes, a muscular bonnet, 18-inch lightweight AMG alloy wheels, and revised headlamps with LED daytime running lights.

Inside, it gets a sporty flat-bottomed, multi-function steering wheel draped in Nappa leather, AMG Nappa leather upholstery for the sports seats, and the AMG instrument cluster that sports a multi-information display and lap timing function. 

For entertainment, the AMG SLC 43 is offered with a 7-inch infotainment system that supports Bluetooth connectivity, key-less go function, a DVD player, internet radio and the ‘Linguatronic’ voice command system.
