Maruti Suzuki after successfully exporting India made Baleno to Japan announced that it will be exporting it to over 100 global markets. Maruti is re entering in European market and plans to cover Italy, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark and Spain.

The first shipment to Europe is ready which should kick-off this month from Mundra. The first consignment to Japan comprised of 1,800 units and was also shipped from Mundra Port in Gujarat. Export of Baleno is just the beginning as Maruti also plan to export its upcoming sub-compact SUV Vitara Brezza.
