Maruti Suzuki Swift Deca Special Edition Launched At 5.94 Lakh (ex-showroom, New Delhi)

Maruti Suzuki has launched a special edition of the Swift, christened the ‘Deca’. The model is available in both petrol and diesel engine options in the mid-spec ‘V’ trims – VXi (petrol) and VDi (diesel). The special edition Swift Deca is available in two colour options – Bright Red and Pearl White.

Outside, special edition Swift comes with body graphics: strips on the bonnet, boot, sides and roof, along with number ‘10’ decals on both the front doors. Body kits: front, side and rear skirts, along with a rear spoiler.

Inside, the Maruti Swift Deca gets black and red themed seat covers with contrast white piping, steering wheel cover, driver arm rest, Sony touch screen infotainment music system with Bluetooth and external mic, 6-inch Sony door mounted speakers, and a reverse parking assist system with camera.

The interior styling kit also includes the door sill guard, ambient light, faux carbon fibre finish on the centre console, trendy floor mats, and gear boot cover.

Mechanically, the limited edition remains the same and is powered by the 1.2-litre petrol and the 1.3-litre diesel engines that are offered in the current Swift. The petrol variant develops 84.3PS of power and 115Nm of torque, while the diesel generates 75PS of power and 190Nm of torque. Both the engines are coupled to a five-speed manual gearbox.
