India's largest Automaker Maruti is likely to launch Baleno RS in February 2017. Already showcased at Auto Expo 2016, carmaker is currently testing RS version of Baleno on Indian roads.

Baleno RS is powered by 111hp, 1.0 litre, 3 cylinder Boosterjet turbo-petrol engine. While gearbox details are yet unknown, the model features five- speed manual or six speed automatic unit as on its international sibling. The hatchback also feature disc brakes on all four wheels.

As per the equipments, Baleno includes Bi-xenon automatic headlamps with LED DRLs, Dual Airbags & ABS, Rain-sensing Wipers, SmartPlay infotainment system with Navigation, Reverse Camera, Parking Sensors, Electric adjust and Folding Wing Mirrors.
