Mahindra & Mahindra has launched the XUV500 W6 variant with an option of automatic transmission. The automatic Mahindra XUV500 W6 is priced at Rs 14.29 lakh, this variant is the cheapest trim in the XUV500 range to come with an automatic gearbox.

It is Equipped with features like a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Fully automatic temperature control, 8-way adjustable driver's seat, ABS + EBD, Flip-key with remote central locking, Follow-me-home headlamps, projector headlamps, automatic climate control, voice recognition, SMS readouts, power-folding wing mirrors, rain sensing wipers, cruise control and dual front airbags.

The Mahindra XUV500 automatic comes powered by a 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engine that develops 138bhp at 3,750rpm and 330Nm of torque between 1,600 and 2,800rpm. This variant is mated to a 6-speed torque-converter automatic transmission. Power is delivered to the front wheels, with the option for an all-wheel drive system.
