Lamborghini India has launched the Aventador S at a price tag of Rs 5.01 Crore (ex-showroom, India). It is the updated version of the Aventador coupe variant and features sportier front and rear bumper.

The company has used lots of carbon fibre and offers 130 per cent more downforce as compared to its predecessor. While the interiors aren't much different from the standard Aventador, the car still features a jet-fighter inspired cockpit. However, the old-school analogue dials have been replaced by LCD TFT display. The Italian super carmaker is also offering lots of customisation options.

Lamborghini Aventador S is powered by 6.5-litre V12 motor which is mated to a 7-speed automatic gearbox. The engine develops 740PS of power and 690Nm of torque.

The new Aventador S also features a new driving mode, the 'EGO', apart from the existing Strada, Sport and Corsa. The EGO mode lets the driver choose individual settings for the steering, suspension and engine.
