Korean automaker Kia to enter Indian Market soon

Korean automaker kia is soon coming to India and is likely is setup its production base in Andhra Pradesh

The Korean auto company KIA Motors Corporation, a sister company of Hyundai is likely to set up production base in Sricity in Andhra Pradesh. The capacity is believed to be around 200,000 units annually.
 

KIA is likely to bring Picanto hatchback and/or Sportage crossover to India. KIA Motors Corporation General Manager,Michael Choo said: “We are continually evaluating potential locations for overseas manufacturing facilities, including India, to secure additional engines for future growth. However, as of now, no concrete plans have been finalized.
