Isuzu is expected to launch the much awaited MU-X in India on May 11.
In the international market, the Isuzu MU-X is being offered with a newly-developed 1.9-litre four-cylinder engine that generates 150bhp of power and 350Nm of torque, while it also gets a 3.0-litre diesel engine option that generates 177bhp of power and 380Nm of torque.
As for the Indian market, the car might get a 2.5-litre turbo-diesel engine from the D-Max V-Cross which generates 136bhp of power and 320Nm of torque.
The new Isuzu MU-X will get redesigned headlamps that are well complimented by large horizontal grille slats. The projector units smartly house the LED-daytime running lamps. The bumper has been revised for freshness, while the sides looks visually attractive with 18-inch alloy wheels while the rear is offered with a new roof-mounted spoiler.
From interior, the car gets a new eight-inch infotainment screen with iConnect feature along with navigation and smart phone connectivity. The standard equipment list includes steering mounted controls, climate control, six-way seat adjustment and six speakers.
