Hyundai India introduces CNG Variants for both Xcent and Grand i10 CNG models

Hyundai India has launched CNG variants of their popular sedan Xcent and the Grand i10 hatchback. Prices have not yet been revealed. They are expected to cost about 60K more than the regular trims.

Hyundai already has an LPG variant in their Grand i10 range and now with these CNG ones it adds to their range of Green cars. CNG kit is based on DEDST (Dual ECU Dynamic Sequential Technology), that can be installed on the both the Grand i10 and the Xcent and the kits will be covered under company warranty.

Apart from the new cars, existing car owners can also opt for this kit from the dealer as a retro fitment. These will be available only for the petrol variants of the Xcent and Grand i10.
