Hyundai has updated the safety features in its 2016 model of Elite i20 and i20 Active. The dual front airbags will be given as standard and some changes have been made in Elite i20 line up.  

The 2016 Hyundai Elite i20 will be offered in five variants with Sportz (O) variant has been discontinued .The top trim Asta (O) of Elite i20 now features projector headlamps with cornering lamp and LED daytime running lights.It will also have7.0-inch display with Audio Video Navigation system and 16 inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. Dual airbags will be standard across all Hyundai models from 2016, however, ABS is only offered to top trims.

There is no change in the power line up, both models will continue to offer 1.4 L diesel with 6 Speed Manual Transmission and 1.2 L petrol engine with 5 Speed Manual Transmission.
