Ford India has officially announced the specifications and variants of its new SUV Ford Endeavour on its official site. The launch date is not officially announced but it is anticipated to launch on 19 January 2016. The new Endeavour will be available in seven variants, two engine options, and two transmission options and in six colors.   

The new SUV Endeavour will be available in two trims – Trend and Titanium – with option of AWD, choice of two diesel engines and gearboxes.  The new Endeavour will include four-cylinder 2.2 L diesel engine that will power 158 bhp and five-cylinder 3.2 L diesel engine of power 197 bhp. The 2.2 L engine will be paired to a choice of a six-speed manual or automatic gearbox and four wheel drive as a option too while the 3.2 L engine will be paired with the six-speed automatic gearbox only and they will get four wheel drive as a standard.
