Datsun India is ready to open bookings for the much awaited redi-Go hatchback from May 1, 2016. The carmaker today officially announced that all-new Datsun RediGo will be priced between Rs 2.5 to 3.5 lakh in India. Interested buyers can pre-book their Datsun redi-GO at Nissan dealerships across India with a down payment of Rs 5,000 which is refundable. Deliveries will commence from June 2016. Customers also have an option of booking their Datsun redi-GO hatchback online through Snapdeal.com.

With fresh, eye-catching styling, the Datsun redi-GO boosts its striking character lines along the bodyframe. The distinctive ‘D-cut’ grille, sharp headlamps and rear lamps are combined to create a sense of modern urban design. The car is spacious with bright interior and high driving position that is first in this class. Car is based on Common Module Family (CMF) engineering architecture. Redi-GO is a trend-setting, unique fusion of compact crossover and urban hatchback. It combines the roominess, best-in-class ground clearance (185mm) and sheer fun of a crossover.

The Datsun redi-Go will be powered by all-new 800cc, three-cylinder fuel-efficient petrol engine. It is paired to a 5-speed manual transmission.

The Datsun redi-Go will compete with Renault Kwid, Maruti Alto 800 and Hyundai Eon in Indian market.
