Chevrolet launched facelifted Cruze in India starting at Rs 14.68 Lakh (ex-showroom New Delhi) with upgraded features and safety options

Chevrolet (General Motors India) launched Facelift of Chevrolet Cruze starting at a price of Rs 14.68 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The new Cruze will be available in same three variants: LT manual, LTZ manual and LTZ automatic with updated price of Rs 14.68 lakh, Rs 16.75 lakh and Rs 17.81 lakh, (ex-showroom, Delhi) respectively.

The face lifted Cruze includes reworked face with added new specs and features. Exterior gets new LED daytime running lamps, chrome horizontal slats with new projector fog lamps and Rear of the car gets lip spoiler. Inside, new 7-inch MyLink touch-screen Infotainment system that comes with embedded applications, including Internet radio functionality, Grace Note and SIRI eyes free compatibility, rear vision camera and new multi-function steering wheel with buttons for infotainment.

In terms of safety, the 2016 Cruze gets dual front airbags, two side air bags, anti-lock braking system (ABS), passive entry passive start (PEPS) that automatically controls the central locking system, anti-theft alarm and ignition.

The facelifted Cruze power line remains same with 2.0-litre four-cylinder VCDi diesel engine, which generates 165bhp of power and 380Nm of torque mated to either six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission. The automatic version delivers fuel economy of 14.81kmpl, while the manual variant offers fuel efficiency of 17.9kmpl.
