BMW launches its 3 Series Facelift in India starting from Rs 35.90 Lakh with a new trim and few additional features

BMW surprisingly launched the facelift of BMW 3 Series facelift, ahead of its launch in Auto Expo 2016. The Luxury sedan is offered in diesel only.  The 3 Series facelift added a new trim, 320d M Sport with the usual Prestige, Luxury and sport line. The Ex showroom prices ranges from Rs 35.90 – 44.50 Lakh.

The BMW 3 Series Facelift Exterior gets mild changes and the Interior is revised with some added features. The Exterior now features full LED headlamp clusters, LED fog lights and revised LED daytime running lights. The bumper gets subtle changes, rear sports tweaked LED tail lamps, new 17 inch alloy wheels with different design.

Inside, cabin is not overall changed but gets chrome highlights, high gloss surfaces and ambient lighting. Added features include Heads Up Display (HUD) with 3D graphics, Park Assistant feature for automatic parallel parking, new Navigation system, Professional (integrated GPS) with an 8.8-inch high-resolution display for Sports Line, Luxury Line and M Sport variants. The new M Sport has additional features like M aerodynamic package, M leather steering wheel, and upholstered seats which will be available in Estoril Blue metallic color.

The new BMW 3-Series power line remained same, 2.0 L four-cylinder diesel engine single powering updated 190hp and peak torque of 400Nm. It is paired to the 8-speed ZF automatic transmission. The new BMW 320d does 0-100 km/hr in 7.2 seconds and has a top speed of 230 km/hr.
