Audi is going to launch the more powerful variant of Q7 in India. The SQ7 gets a few visual tweaks on the outside and a more powerful engine under the hood. 

Based on the latest generation, Audi SQ7 gets a 4.0 litre V8 TDI engine equipped with three turbochargers which develops 435 PS of peak power and a massive 900 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to an 8-speed Tiptronic transmission and comes with Audi’s famous Quattro AWD system. The car has capability to reach 0 – 100 kmph in just 4.8 seconds with a top speed of 250 kmph.

From the outside, Audi SQ7 looks similar to the standard version of Q7, while the SQ7 badge distinguishes the car from the rest of the lot. The car is equipped with host of features like – sharp alloy wheels, dabs of matte silver on the bumpers and quad exhausts.

The cabin of SQ7 is no different than the regular SUV, which means you get the practical three rows of seating, usable cubby holes and a thoughtful dashboard layout that is easy to use. It is equipped with Audi's virtual cockpit, which keeps throwing information, on the screen and this is extremely helpful.

Audi SQ7 will compete against the Mercedes Benz GL63 AMG, BMW X6M and Range Rover SVR.
