German luxury car manufacturer, Audi has taken its after-sales service department to the next level to offer maximum flexibility to its customers. The car maker has announced its largest workshop in Gurgaon. With its 24X7 service facility, the Audi Gurgaon workshop will allow customers to drop off their vehicles after office hours as per their convenience.

This initiative is the first of its kind to be introduced in India. According to Audi India, the current level of service efficiency is expected to go up by 30% by this initiative. There will be three non-stop shifts of highly skilled and trained technicians, engineers and managers to ensure that operations are done smoothly and efficiently, 

The workshop is spread across 26,000 sq.ft area with a max capacity of upto 33 cars. It offers World Class sales and service facility. The workstation comprises of loaded 14 dedicated service bays to fulfil demands of the market with a massive parking space of 35 cars at a time.
