2017 Hyundai Xcent Facelift to launch this month

Hyundai India is all set to launch its updated sedan, The Xcent. The updated facelift will get new equipment, both at the exterior and interior as well as some mechanical updates.

From interior, the 2017 Hyundai Xcent will get updated upholstery and colors, as well as a 7.0-inch touch screen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and MirrorLink for smartphone integration, voice control with a dedicated button for that function on the steering wheel.

The 2017 Xcent will go ahead with the current 1.2-litre petrol motor, while the existing 71hp 1.1-litre three-cylinder diesel engine is likely to be replaced by a more powerful 75hp 1.2-litre unit that'll make its debut in the updated Grand i10.

Most of these sheet metal changes and added features on the latest iteration of the Hyundai Xcent will be to freshen up its avatar.

The facelifted car will continue to compete with the Maruti Suzuki Dzire, Honda Amaze and Ford Aspire in the compact sedan segment in India.
